My artistic influences range from Van Gogh to Brian Froud, and from Brom to Michael Whelan. I consider myself to be a Cartoonist at heart. I've trained to mimic many other styles of art. From Anime to Disney, and from Marvel to DragonLance Art. I believe it is important to understand and be able to render many different styles. Though I can't help but want to only work in my own. I attended Western Connecticut State University, from 1998 until graduating in the fall of 2002. I have a Bachelors of the Arts, with a focus in Illustration. I work Freelance as a Professional Illustrator for hire. Most of my artwork is done in my studio. "Light in the attic Studios" is my sanctum and in it the magic pours from my finger tips and onto paper and canvas. I work preferably in Ball point pen, Colored pencils and Digital mediums. I have been trained and experiment with many Mediums of drawing and painting. Pencil, Charcoal, Conte Crayons, Chalk, Markers,Pastel, Gouache, Acrylic, OIl and Watercolor. I have a secret passion for sculpture and have a few personal pieces I've made that I also keep a secret. I am currently an art Teacher, teaching to children and adults at Escape to the Arts, in Danbury.
